1. Service Description

OutRun is a social media management platform that automates content posting for news publishers. The service ingests articles from RSS feeds, generates image cards, and posts them to connected social media accounts.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must have administrative access to the Facebook Pages you connect.
• You are responsible for the content published through OutRun on your social media accounts.
• You must comply with Facebook/Meta Platform Terms when using our service.

3. Service Availability

OutRun is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.

4. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content posted through OutRun. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your articles, images, or captions.

5. Limitation of Liability

OutRun is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the service, including but not limited to: social media account restrictions, content removal by platforms, or loss of engagement data.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination, all stored tokens are immediately invalidated and data can be deleted upon request.
